Day 1 Lijiang-Arrival (-/-/-)

After arrival in Lijiang, tour guide will pick up you at airport, and transfer to the hotel in Lijiang Old Town area.
Free at leisure the rest time of the day to stroll in the Lijiang Old Town a well-preserved old city of ethnic minorities with brilliant culture. Located on the plateau which is 2,400 meters above the sea level and embraced by the tree-covered Lion Mountain in the west, Elephant and Golden Row Mountains in the north, vast fertile fields in the southeast and crystal clear water running through, the old town looks like a big jade ink slab, therefore got the alias the Town of Big Ink Slab (Dayanzhen)

Day 2 Lijiang (B/L/-)

Firstly drive to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, take the green coach of the park to star your from The Yak Meadow section has rich vegetation coverage, featuring a distinct and complete alpine vertical ecosystem from Subtropical Zone to Frigid Zone. We take a gondola up and down the mountain, where the Yi and Zang Minority Ethnic Tribes live.
In the afternoon, visit famous Baisha Frescoes. (The greatest feature of the frescos is the syncretism. Figures of Buddism, Taoism and Lamaism are painted together, which is peculiar in the world.) Later stroll in Shuhe Old Town (4 km northwest from Lijiang City. It is an ancient trade post for tea caravans between China and the Red Sea, is set to regain its past prosperity with the launch of a new protection program. This town is the former city center of LiJiang and has a history of more than 1000 years.).

Day 3 Lijiang-Lugu Lake (B/L/-)

Early in the morning, dive 4-5 hrs on the spectacle mountain road to visit the mysterious Lugu Lake. On the way, enjoy the beautiful view among the huge mountains and rivers.
In the afternoon, you will take the canoes to visit Liwubi Island and Heiwawu Island in Lugu Lake. Pay a visit to Mosuo Culture Museum and learn the Mosuo ethnic custom in the museum.
In the evening, take part in Mosuo Bonfire Party with ethnic dance and singing performance.You will dance and sing with Mosuo boys and girls around a big bonfire in the outdoors courtyard.

Day 4 Lugu Lake-Lijiang

In the morning, you will drive about 20Km to visit the Zhamei Lamaist Monastery which is the biggest lamasery in Moso area Yongning Town. Tibetan people call Yongning as "taluo", meaning "the way to heaven". The place the Zhamei Lamasery lies in is called "Zhameige", which means "no war". The coincidence of these two names make the Lamasery even famous in Tibet.
Afternoon, drive back to Lijiang (4-5hrs).
After arrival, check in your hotel in Lijiang.

Day 5 Lijiang (B/L/-)

This morning set off on the Tibet Highway to Tiger Leaping Gorge. Visit Shigu (Stone Drum) village overlooking the First Bend of the Yangtze River. A world famous geological phenomenon, the river was forced to the turn to north because of the Alpine movements which caused changes in the earth's physiognomy. When the river reaches Shigu Township, it makes an abrupt turn and flows further northward, forming the rare V-shape bend. Time permitting take a walk through the busy village.
Continue to Tiger Leaping Gorge (Shangri-a Part), named for the legend of a hunted tiger that leapt across the stone abyss to escape. The gorge is among the deepest, most precipitous and most magnificent gorges in the world. The water here makes violent whirlpools and hits the banks so powerfully that soaring breakers are created. .
After the tour , you will drive back to your hotel in Lijiang ( 2.5hrs )
