Yubeng Sacred Waterfall
Yubeng is the village in Meili Snow Mountain with highest altitude, meaning stacked green jade. There is one flying waterfall beside the village, which changes in quantity with the seasons. According to the legend, it is the holy water taken by Kawa Gebo from god’s palace. The showering with it can wash away the crime and eliminate the disaster; so all those believers coming to pay respect to Meli Snow mountain will be baptized here. It is said that the batch falling waterfall can make good or ill luck divination. Only lucky people can get showered. There are two roads leading to Yubeng, one is in retrograde motion along Yubeng River from Ninong Village; the other is from Yongzong village to Xidang Hot Spring, and then climbing over the mountain, and the later one is slightly closer.
