Kunming Sedan Chair Snow Mountain (Jiaozi Xueshan) is the located in Wumengxiang, Luquan County, about 200km in the north of Kunming city. It is a low latitude seasonal snow-capped mountains, which the only place of Kunming region to see the snow. The mountain has a height of about 4,223 meters and gets its name from its shape, which is similar to a jiaozi (sedan chair). “The Sea of Clouds”, ”the Sunrise”,” the World of Ice and Snow” and “the Sea of Azaleas”are praised as spectacular wonders on Jiaozi Snow Mountain. Now it become the most important high mountain eco-tourism region in central Yunnan.
