Jianshui Confucius Temple (it is located inside the No.1 Middle school of Jianshui. This old Confucius temple with a history over 730 year. It was build in 1285AD which has been repaired and extended for over 50 times and now occupied an area of 7.6 hectares. This complex including a main hall, two side-halls, three pavilions, four gates, five clan halls and eight memorial archways, all of which are kept in well. Based on its scale, construction standard and excellence in preservation, Jianshui Confucius Temple stands second only to the one in Qufu of Shandong Province, hometown of Confucius.
