Jingzhen Octagonal Pavilion


Jingzhen Octagonal Pavilion (this Buddhists pavilion is located in the Jingzhen Village of Menghai County. It was build in honor of Sakyanmuni, the founder of Buddhism in 1701. This tower-shaped pavilion is about 21 meter in height with 31 faces and 32 comers. It is a precious piece of architecture of Southwest China's Hinayana Buddhism, is exquisite, which is magnificent and unique.
