After the tour, further the driving about 300km (5hrs) to Yuanyang. It is located at 2000 meters above sea level and the entire mountains here are sculpted with terrace-field commonly called the ladder of the sky.
After that you will transfer to check in your hotel.

Morning, transfer to Duoyi village to see the Terrance field.Spend your day outside in the villages giving you a unique opportunity to approach the villagers and see their special techniques of agriculture. Later stroll in the Shencun Market Have a stop at Qingkou Hani Village for 1hour; Later we will transfer to Tiger Mouth area to take picture of terrace fields under the Sunset.
Overnight at Yuanyang
Today, further driving about 3hrs to Jianshui enjoys the fame of being an ancient cultural city and important gateway.
Take a tour of Jianshui Confucius Temple (This old Confucius temple with a history over 730 year.Based on its scale, construction standard and excellence in preservation, Jianshui Confucius Temple stands second largest in China.) And Family Zhu’s Garden( The complex has a total area of 20, 000 square meters. With the well - arranged yards and well-furnished rooms and halls, the structure of the architecture can be described as ''streamlined'' it enjoys the fame ''the Daguan Garden at a Border Town''.）
Stroll in the Old area of Jianshui to see the difference types of Old Wells in Jianshui and the Doufu workshop how to use the water for well to make the famous snack --Doufu.
Overnight at Jianshui
This morning move to visit Tuanshan Village (.The village has preserved a great number of ancient and traditional architectures. Most of the houses are made of clay walls and tile roofs.) And Twin Dragon Bridge (This stone bridge is well combination of science and art, and endowed as the first in Yunnan in terms of size and artistic value.)
Then drive back to Kunming ( 4.5hrs ) have a stop at Xinmeng Mongolian Village still inhabited by the descendants of Kubilai Khan. Later drop off at Kunming railway station for the high speed train to Dali (2hrs running time) Upon arrival, be picked up at exit , then transfer to check in your hotel.

Today , visit Xizhou Town It’s known as a historical town, a classic Bai ethnic town. Followed by a walking around in the old street of Xizhou and to witness the Bai traditional architectures. Then go to a Bai court-yard to enjoy the “Three-Course Tea “ ceremony which is the traditional treating for Bai people to their honored guests.
Afterward, take a cruise in Erhai Lake by the small boat. on the boat , you will enjoy the green Cangshan Mountain and the Three Pagodas from a far as well as lots of birds and seagulls flying over the lake.
Finally discover the Dali Old Town. (Located at the foot of the Cangshan Mountain and the west side of the Erhai Lake, Dali old town was set up in 1382 A.D as the capital of the Dali kingdom.)

In the morning, transfer to Jianchuan County, (2-2.5hrs). Firstly you pay a visit of Shibaoshan Mountain. (Stone Treasure Mountain) which the famous writer Jinyong extolled as “The Treasure of South China” is located at Jianchuan County, Dali. The scenery is wonderful, and rather unique in being adorn with red rock geomorphology.Later go ahead to check in your hotel in Shaxi Old Town. Make a leisure stroll around Shaxi Old Town (Shaxi has been listed by the World Monuments Fund as one of the world's 100 most endangered sites. This morning departure to Lijiang ( 2-2.5hrs ) with your Chinese speaking driver.

Hiding in the lush trees or standing along the liquid pool is the antique and exquisite architectural pieces, which are in the style of Naxi.) and Dongba Culture Museum to know about the Dongba Culture of Naxi people.

Morning drive to visit The Jade Dragon Snow Mountain ( which is the southernmost glacier in the Northern Hemisphere. Consisting of 13 peaks, among which Shanzidou is the highest one with an altitude of 5,600 meters )with a chair lift ride to up and down to visit the Spruce Meadow (3450m ) this place is a quiet grass field. The place is very peaceful and devoid of crowd. Most people say that this place is comparable to Switzerland and Sweden when it comes to its mountainous beauty.
In the afternoon,visit Jade Peak Temple (Located in the south side of the Yulong (Jade Dragon) Snow Mountain. The lamasery was built in 1721 and is one of the Scarlet Sect lamaseries of Lijiang.) and Baisha Fresco (The greatest feature of the frescos is the syncretism. Figures of Buddism, Taoism and Lamaism are painted together, which is peculiar in the world)
Overnight at Lijiang
Morning departure and drive 2.5hrs to Qiaotou Town with the driver. Meeting with your guide from Shangri-La after arrival, then visit Tiger Leaping Gorge (Shangri-La section) the deepest gorge in the world. With 34 rapids of the Yangtze River, it is called the Jinsha in this area because you can find gold in the river.
Afterward, you will further the driving to Shangri-la ( 2hrs). It is located in the north -west part of Yunnan. It is the Tibetan region of Yunnnan with an average altitude is more than 3,000 meters (about 9,843 feet).
Then Visit Dukezong Tibetan Old Town , Dukezong comes from Tibetan language which means the moonlight city, on the summit of the Guishan Hill in the old town,you will see the largest Pray Wheel in the world. You can try to push the huge pray wheel around with local people together to show your blessing to your family , friends
Overnight at Shangri-La
In the morning, firstly go to visit Pudacuo National Park ( the park is largest forest park in China. It including Shudu Lake and Bita Lake lakes of there are known for their clear water, and the peaceful environment of the area around here ).
Afterward, you will clime up to visit Songzanlin Monastery, or 'Little Potala' as it is affectionately known, is a spiritual place that invites you to discover the mystery and traditions of Tibetan Buddhism
Then you will make a visiting a local Tibetan Family to charting with the local people to know about their local life and at try to drink a cup of Yak Butter Tea.
Overnight at Shangri-La
In the morning, drive 4 to 5 hours to Deqin County (3400m altitude) which is located in the Hengduan mountain at the northwest of Diqing prefecture.
On the way , take photos stop at the Great Jingsha River Corner it is the famous Great Jingsha River Corner. After turning for 180 degrees here, the Jingsha River flows slowly to Bengzilan. Landscape enjoyment terraces is set up beside the highway.Then visit Dongzhulin monastery It was built in 1667.Its original name was “Chongchongcuogang temple", meaning “the temple by the crane lake”.) Go up along the road and passing the point 4292m altitude in the pass of Baiman Snow Mountain

If the weather is permits, gets up early to enjoy the sunrise of Meili Snow Mountain. (which is be called the holy Mountain by the local people. It is considers by 13 peaks. Kangwaboge Peak is the main peak of the mountain with height of 6740m which is the highest point of Yunnan Province. Pilgrims from Kangba Region come here at the beginning of each winter to worship. Afterward, stroll in Feilaisi Temple ( it was first built in 1614A.D. The temple is right face the peaks of Meili Snow Mountain. Hence it become the best place to enjoy the amazing sunrise view of Meili Mt. ) Continue to visit Mingyong Glacier ( a modern glacier with lowest altitude and lowest latitudes in nowadays' land which is about 11.7km long and over 500m wide. The glacier is composed of 3 parts, repectively in shapes of fan, platform and tongue. It extends to forest district with an altitude of some 2,660m above sea level.
Take a nice stroll in the Tibetan Village nearby before transfer back to your hotel.
Overnight at hotel nearby Feilaisi
Morning transfer back to Shangri-La(4-5hrs ). Have a stop to visit a local workshop of black pottery at Nixi Pottery Village which is a small Tibetan Village right along in the old Tea & Horse Road. The black pottery of Nixi is well known in the North western Yunnan and the Whole Tibetan region with long history.

After the breakfast, you will transfer to Shangri-La airport for the morning flight back
to Kunming. Upon arrival, you own take the connection your departure flight
