This trekking tour including Tiger Leaping Gorge and Yubeng which was called as the trekking paradise for adventures. Tiger Leaping Gorge was the deepest Valley in the world. The natural beauty will make you amazed. Yubeng, this remote Tibetan village and its surroundings have some of the most beautiful views, including the Meilei snow mountain, Glacier Lake and a sacred waterfall. The only access road over the mountain is suitable for non-motorized traffic only. It's an impressive experience for hiking in Yubeng.
Arrive at Kunming the captial of Yunnan. After meeting with the tour guide at airport, then transfer to the hotel for check in.

Overnight at Kunming
In the morning, transfer to discover Naigu Stone Forest is about 10km to the east of Stone Forest park . It is a good choice for travelers to explore the beautiful Karst land form under a quiet atmosphere. Afterward, continue to visit Nuohei Yi Village. The villagers inhabited here are Sani people, a branch of Yi nationality. It is a world of stones, composed of roads paved with polished stones, slate houses, rocky and Karst Lakes.
After the tour, drive back to Kunming for the overnight train to Lijiang departure at 22;23
Overnight on the train (soft berth- 4 persons share one compartment)
In the moring, move to visit Yuhu Villag and have a stop at Joseph Rock'S old house , it is a pretty farming Naxi Village about 10km north of Lijiang. Then move to Black Dragon Pond There are many distinctive and ravishing sites in the park. Hiding in the luch tress or standing along the liquid pool is the antique and exquisite architectural pieces, which are in the style of Naxi. and Dongba Culture Museum to learn Dongba culture of Naxi people.
Later, stroll and enjy the leisure time at Lijiang Dayan Old Town a well-preserved old city of ethnic minorities with brilliant culture. Located on the plateau which is 2400 meters above the sea level. Lijiang old town was placed on the world cultural heritage list in 1997. )
Lunch at Chinese restaurant and dinner on your own account.
Overnight at Lijiang
This morning, departure from Lijiang to Tiger Leaping Gorge (2.5hrs ) along Yunnan - Tibet road. Stop on the way to view the First Bend of Yangtze River a world- fmouas gelogoical phenomenon of V-shape bend and exraordinary panaramic scene whose vistas you will long remember with great pleasutre.
After arrival , begins the trekking to Naxi Family Guesthouse ( 2hrs ) by the high trail. Take a break to have lunch at the beautiful guesthouse. Followed by another trekking (3-4hrs ) further to Tea horse G.H. via 28 zigzagging turns. This section is a challenge for you as the trail is diffcult however once you have seen the splendid view from an altitude about 3000m, you will know that is worthy.
Trekking route: Qiaotou-Naxi Family G.H.- 28 zigzagging turns- Tea horse G.H.
Trekking time: 5-6hrs
Overnight at Tea horse G.H.
After breakfast, continue the trekking (1.5-2hrs ) to Half way G.H. by a flat walk . Enjoy the most beautiful view section the high train. After take a short break at Halfway G.H.
Later process another 2hrs trekking to arirve at Tina's G.H. You will see several waterfallon the train and view the middle gorge. There is a small climb leading you to a bridge at 2480m. Then the trail descends gradually to Tina's G.H.
After lunch, transfer to Shangri-La (2.5hrs) upon arrival , visit Songzaling Monastery which is the largest Tibetan monastery in Yunnan. It has another alias " the little Potala Palace" Stroll in Dukezong Old Town where you can see a big pray wheel on the summit of Guishan. And local people would like to gather at here to dance in the square of the old town in the evening.
Trekking route : Tea & horse G.H. -Half way G.H.- Tina's G.H.
Trekking time: 3.5-4hrs
Overnight at Shangri-La
In the moring transfer to Deqin (3400m altitude ) On the way , stop to visit the Great Jinsha River Coner after turning for 180 degrees here, the Jingsha River flows slowly to Bengzilan. Landscape enjoyment terraces is set up beside the highway. And visit Dongzhulin Monastery which is about 105km from Shangri-La county. It was bulit in 1667. Passing the view point (4292m) of Baiman Snow Mountain along the road.
Check in your hotel nearby Feilaisi after arrival.
Overnight at Deqin
If the weaher is permits, gets up early to enjoy the sunrise view of Meili Snow Mountain (it was called as the holy mountain by the local people. Kangwaboge peak is the main peak of the mountain with height of 6740m which is the highest piont of Yunnan). Afterward, visit Feilaisi Temple (it was built in 1614A.D. The temple is the right face of Meili mountain. Hence it become teh best place to enjoy the amzing sunrise view ). Later take the tour of Mingyong Glacier ( is located on the foot of the Kagebo. It is a modern glacier with lowest latitudes which is about 11.7km long and over 500m wide.)
Overnight at Deqin
This morning, drive to Xidang Village (1.5hrs on the way) Then star the trekking from here to Upper Yubeng Village which located at the foot of the Meile Snow Mountain. During the trekking you will walk up to the mountain pass (3700m ) by though the virgin forests. Upon arrival, further 45m walking down to Lower Yubeng Village. Check in your guesthouse.
Trekking time: 5-6hrs for 12m up hill and 6km down hill
Overnight at local gueshouse
Today's the trekking about 6.5-7.5hrs is a changllege of you. Process the trekking to Scared Waterfall ( 3600m ) The water is freezing cold as it is snow runoff. Most visitors opt to circle the fall three times and drink the water. Afterward return back by the same road.
Trekking route:Lower Yubeng Village-Sacred Waterfall (5km uphill-3.5hrs ) -Lower Yubeng Village
Overnight and dinner at local guest house
This morning departure from Yubeng Village and head upstream Mekong River to Ninong Village (20km-4.5-6hrs' trekking) which is a small village nestled at the western bank of the Mengkong River. This is a adventure for you since the path is narrow and steep. Much of this trail at the edge of a cliff.
After trekking you will drive back to Feilaisi (1.5hrs ) for check in.
Overnight at hotel.
This morning, transfer to visit Cizhong Church it was built in 1909 with duration of 10 years. The building combines both the Chinese and western style. Then walk into local grape garden this village use the grapes to make the wine with a long history which was introduced by French and Swiss Catholic missionaries over 100 years ago.
After tour, further the road transfer to Tangcheng (6hrs ) enjoy the landscape on the way.
Overnight at Tacheng
After breakfast at lcoal restaurant, visit Tacheng Black Snub-Nosed Monkey Park. As a natinoal park integrating primitive ecology, neolithic sites, religious pilgrimage place, paradise of the blank snub-nosed monkey and multi-national style, the scenic area is particularly distinguished with the religious culture and temple scenic sports such as the dense forest, valuable and rare animals.
After that dirve to Lijiang ( 4-5hrs)
Overnight at Lijiang.
After breakfast,transfer to Lijiang airport for your departure flight.
