This journey take you to visit the less-well known attractions of southeast Yunnan. Chengzi Ancient Village is a Yi village with history over 600 years old. Baimei village is the home of Zhuang people, it is a quiet and picturesque village accessible only by small boats through a dark cave rive. You will be surprised by its unique settlement untouched by modernity.

This morning, you will transfer to Luxi County (2.5hrs ), have a tour of Chengzi Ancient Village In the ancient village which with a history nearly 600 years, the most attractive visitors is their traditional dwelling house. The appearances are featured with Yi people’s constructional style while the inner decoration is characterized by Han cultural designs. These houses that are made of clay are called "Tuzhang Houses" in Ailao Mountain Area. Today, visitors are drawn to the unique cluster of architecture and the history it preserves. Time seems to stop when one glides through the stone roads in the labyrinth of Tuzhang house.
Afterward , further driving to Puzhehei (3.5-4hrs)it is a tourist region in Qiubei County in the southeast of Yunnan Province is a charming land boasting beautiful karst land formations, lakes and the unique cultures of Zhuang, Miao, Yi and Bai ethnic groups living here.
Overnight at Puzhehei
Take your day tour of Puzhehei including firstly take a boat trip to Puzhehei Lake Puzhehei means "fish and shrimp pool" in the Yi language, is 2.5 km long, 300 meters wide and about 3 meters deep. In the area there are 51 isolated peaks with the village houses of red tiles scattered on the sides. Living in the houses are 3,000 Yi people. Afterward visit the Xianren Cave and local villages of Yi ethnic group.

Morning,departure to Guangnan County (3hrs), after arrival, change to take a small boat through a dark cave river to entry in the Bamei Village.
Afternoon, stroll around in Bamei Village which is hidden in the Valley. People in the village belong to the Zhuang ppeople. Bamei come from Zhuang language means 'cave in the forest' In a hidden valley, in a grove of green bamboos and old trees, lies Bamei Village. A blue stream gently flows by, and hard-working farmers silently till the green fields. It's a picture of another lost Shangri-la.

After breakfast at local restaurant. Drive back to Kunming (440km 6-7hrs ) Enjoy the landscape on the way.Arrive at Kunming in the later afternoon, free at leisure the rest time of the day.
