Arrive at Kunming airport, our guide will pick up you at exit of the arrival Hall. Transfer to downtown for checking in your hotel.
Overnight at Kunming
Today transfer to Yuanmou (3.5hrs) located in northwest part of Yunnan and about 189km far from Kunming. Yuanmou is a key base of vegetable plantation in Yunnan. The famous Yuanmou Man fossil was be found in here in 1965 which represented the earliest fossils of human ancestors found in China.
Upon arrival, discover Langbapu Earth Forest (It is located Xinhua township in the west 33km from Yuanmou county. The Langbapu Earth Forest occupied an area of 1.4 square kilometer at the altitude between 1560- 1640m above sea level. This special kind of land-form was formed under the influence of movement of crust, erosion of water, test of climate and so on. It is a wonders of the nature.

Overnight at Yuanmou
After breakfast, visit Wumao Earth Forest occupied an area of 8 square kilometers. The unique landscape was formed by geological movement and soil erosion one or two million years ago.
After lunch, transfer back to Dongchuan Red Land (5.5-6hrs ) the main attractions at an altitude of 1800 to 2600 between. Under the influence of the high temperature and rainy weather, the soil here is a kind of acidity soil which contains rich iron, aluminum but with less organic matter. The iron elements of the soil have been depositing year by year after oxidation and then the charming red color is formed after centuries. Lined with blue sky, white clouds and that unpredictable light, constitute a magnificent view of red land. It is praised as "God's palette".

Overnight at Dongchuan Red Land
Whole day enjoy your time at Red land : Early in the morning enjoy the Sunrise of Damakan a large spread of red fields are in the arms of continuous mountains at the skyline. Due to its local topographical advantage, Damakan is the best site to see a sunrise.Continue to visit Seven-Color Slope' (Qicaipo) It gets its name from seven fields with seven different colors (when the right crops are planted and growing). And visit Jinxiuyuan has a vast expanse of many rolling hills with red fields. A great location for shots of the colorful fields, a traditional village and some trees also offer a vivid countryside picture. Then take picture at the River Snail Bay' (Luosiwan ) Photograph 'River Snail Bay' first before the sunset if you have time. Later move to Music Hollow' (Yuepuao ) which is near 'Flower Stone' (Huashitou) village, known as "the best place for photography".
In the later afternoon enjoy the sunset at Luoxianggou Valley surrounded by mountains, Luoxiagou looks like a sunken depression from a distance. Traditional local villages adorn the colorful fields.
Overnight at Dongchuan Red Land
In the morning transfer back to Kunming (3.5hrs); after lunch move to visit Green Lake Park (which is one of the most picturesque park in downtown Kunming ) Then visit Yuantong Temple (Adopting the style of garden architecture which typical of the south of the Yangtze River region in the building of a solemn Buddhist temple is unique feature of the temple. Yuantong temple now is the site of the Buddhist Association of Yunnan.)
